The Agile course in Taichung successfully launched for the first time, overcoming years of challenges due to low enrollment. By adopting a blended strategy that combined a corporate private class with public enrollment, the course attracted 27 participants—setting a new record. Held at the iconic NTC National Trade Center in Taichung, the class drew learners from diverse backgrounds, including brand design, tech manufacturing, and PMP professionals. From Agile novices to seasoned practitioners, participants gathered to spark dynamic cross-disciplinary learning.
Through optimized course design and interactive group activities, learners of varying experience levels were able to reach a shared level of understanding by the end of the course. This innovative model offers a new approach to Agile adoption and holds strong potential for future replication and scaling.
