拜會政府文官, 邀請加入CEO CSM培訓

我花了十年的時間成為CST (Certified Scrum Trainer)。當我從美國波特蘭返回台灣時,我向台灣敏捷社區的企業高階主管表達,希望能在未來兩年內在台灣培育一百位CEO成為CSM。這則消息迅速傳播,短短三天內,就有100位CEO報名加入,有13位候補。在這些申請人中,政府高階文官簡任官員也可以應用這CEO培訓資格。然而,我發現,只有兩位高級文官報名,如此即產生了一種不平衡的狀態。

推動敏捷如果同一案例有許多單位,並非可以由單一個單位就能完成,所有單位必須共同努力,否則孤掌難鳴,只有雙手鼓掌才會激起火花。因此,我與葉維銓先生,他在退休之前在保訓會擔任副主委,一起去拜見政府官員,希望透過我的解說,讓他們了解敏捷的精神並引發他們的興趣,讓他們也參與Scrum的學習與實踐。

This has been a challenging journey, from initially aspiring to attain the CST certification to ultimately earning it, which spanned over a decade. 大家好!今天我要與大家分享我成為Certified Scrum Trainer(CST)的心路歷程以及我未來的願景。這是一段挑戰的旅程,從最初想要取得CST認證的念頭,到最終成功獲得認證,整個過程耗費了10年的時間。正如古人所說:「10年磨一劍」,這句話實際地詮釋了我的努力與堅持。

為什麼CSM只是開始?高階主管打開CSPO盲盒後的真實轉變與回饋

當企業高階主管體驗過 CSM 的兩天敏捷課程後,常會感受到意猶未盡,對敏捷的實踐與應用產生更深的渴望。CSPO 正是為了回應這股學習動能而設計的進階課程。不同於 CSM 側重於團隊合作與互動體驗,CSPO 更像是一場策略工作坊,引導高階主管針對真實痛點設計產品解決方案,結合 AI 模擬與 Miro 協作工具,創造出實用可落地的商業輸出。

On May 5, 2023, at the Hyatt Hotel in Portland, USA, after traveling over 10,000 kilometers and enduring countless challenges, I achieved the milestone of becoming Taiwan’s first Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) through Scrum Alliance's rigorous evaluation process. This journey, which began in 2020, was filled with uncertainties and growth opportunities. It wasn’t just a professional achievement but also a testament to the power of perseverance and a growth mindset.

From Passion to Mastery: An Inspiring Journey of a Scrum Expert

As a devoted Scrum practitioner for over a decade, I have guided numerous enterprises on effectively implementing Scrum and have proudly served as an Agile coach for various CEOs of major corporations. Though the path I have taken is unique within Taiwan, I eagerly pursued the challenge of obtaining the most demanding Scrum expert certification – the PSM3. Currently, a mere 1,000 PSM3-certified individuals exist worldwide, with only 3 hailing from Taiwan, two of whom are PSTs.

From Agile Desert to a Fully Booked Class of 27! Why Did Taichung’s First CSM Course Attract PMP Holders and Senior Executives Alike?

The Agile course in Taichung successfully launched for the first time, overcoming years of challenges due to low enrollment. By adopting a blended strategy that combined a corporate private class with public enrollment, the course attracted 27 participants—setting a new record. Held at the iconic NTC National Trade Center in Taichung, the class drew learners from diverse backgrounds, including brand design, tech manufacturing, and PMP professionals. From Agile novices to seasoned practitioners, participants gathered to spark dynamic cross-disciplinary learning.

Through optimized course design and interactive group activities, learners of varying experience levels were able to reach a shared level of understanding by the end of the course. This innovative model offers a new approach to Agile adoption and holds strong potential for future replication and scaling.
