Inspired by Professor Szu-Ming Huang, CEO of the Kuanghua Management Case Collection (KMCC), the virtual book club Benchmark Learning Club on How to Write Cases took off. Using PMP project management methods, I built trust and cohesion, drew researchers in, and supported case writing, publishing, and teaching through regular sessions and a solid knowledge management system. It has become a model for other communities.

在台灣光華管理個案收錄庫（KMCC）執行長黃思明教授的啟發下，虛擬讀書會「標竿學習如何寫個案讀書會」成功運行。利用PMP專案管理手法，建立信任與凝聚力，吸引研究者加入，並通過定期課程和完善的知識管理系統，提供個案寫作、發表與教學支持。這一成功案例展示了虛擬社群經營的關鍵，成為其他社群的參考範本。

Idealistic and a dreamer, I loved sharing my success mindset and gave 300 management talks over eight years at work. After discovering PMP and seeing what project management could do, I set a vision of promoting PMP in Taiwan, quit a well-paid job, and started my own company to train PMP talent. Project management was still unknown then, but I held to the dream. My first PMP talk opened with a Cefiro commercial and the idea of speaking straight from the heart, and it moved the room.

因理想主義與追夢精神，樂於分享成功心法，職場8年間累積300場管理演講。接觸PMP後，深刻體悟專案管理的價值，遂立下推廣PMP的願景，辭去高薪職位、投身創業，致力於台灣PMP人才培育。儘管當時專案管理尚未普及，作者堅持夢想，首場PMP座談會以Cefiro廣告影片與「直達人心」的信念，成功撼動人心，展現出理想與行動結合的影響力。

On March 3, 2018, Wei-Liang Chen, Chairman of PMI-TW, invited me to speak at the PMI-TW Lunar New Year gathering, where I shared the story of the Traditional Chinese PMBOK 6 translation project with 200 attendees. The project was set to close on April 18 with the publication of the Agile Practice Guide, but from volunteer recruiting and team building to the crisis management just before PMBOK 6 went to print, looking back on it still stirs me deeply.

2018年3月3日，我受社團法人國際專案管理學會台灣分會（PMI-TW）陳威良理事長的邀請，在PMI-TW新春團拜的活動，向200位與會者分享這半年來挹注全力心思投入的PMBOK V6繁中化計畫專案過程，這個專案預計於4月18日正式宣告結案（Agile Practice Guide敏捷實務指南完成出版），但從專案起始的志工召募與團隊組建、完整的翻譯教育訓練、翻譯期的種種磨合、排版期頻繁的來回溝通，到PMBOK V6正式出版前最後一刻的大型專案的危機處理，回憶起這一個專案轟轟烈烈的執行過程，仍令我內心感到洶湧與澎派。
