Two years ago, Jenny Yeh, President of Pfizer Taiwan (known as Sister Na), took Advanced Business Consulting's CSM course and earned her CSM certificate. She quickly applied what she learned to bring Paxlovid, the oral COVID-19 treatment, to Taiwan, completing the introduction in just 37 days. The agile process greatly improved efficiency and drew coverage from EMBA magazine.
兩年前，輝瑞大藥廠總裁葉素秋（娜姐）參加了長宏的CSM課程，並獲得CSM證書。她迅速將所學應用於導入臺灣COVID-19口服藥倍拉維，僅用37天便成功將藥物引進台灣。這次敏捷流程的應用大大提升了工作效率，並因此獲得了EMBA報導的關注。
There are two main reasons I was invited to speak about Agile at the Civil Service Human Resource Development Center. The first reason is that a CEO who is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) was recommended by a section chief, Ms. Chen Meng-li, from National Cheng Kung University. This CEO attended a course at the Civil Service Human Resource Development Center and strongly recommended that the organizers promote such Agile courses, as he believes that civil servants should not be disconnected from the management practices of the private sector.
Agile is easy to learn but hard to master. There are still blind spots that remain irrespective of how long you have been learning agility. Therefore, when I started working on CSM co-training with CST in 2019, I took on the challenge of translating Agile videos of different depths.
This year was our 2024 employee trip at Advanced Business Consulting. Even with the fourth RSG event coming up in November and the schedule packed with preparations, Li-Hsiu, who was in meetings almost every day, still found the resources to give our team a great trip. We considered offering a stipend or pushing the trip to December, after RSG wrapped up, but in the end we asked Xiao Hua, an excellent travel agency guide, to plan it, and she delivered an unforgettable two-day, one-night trip to Miaoli.
今年是長宏2024年舉辦員工旅遊，儘管公司面臨著第二次在11月協助舉辦RSG活動的壓力，行程幾乎被RSG活動塞滿，資源需求極大，麗琇幾乎每天都在開會。然而，她還是設法挪出資源，讓員工們可以有一次精彩的旅行。
最初我們討論是否以補助的方式或將旅遊延到12月RSG結束後，但最終決定由小花這位旅行社的優質導遊負責規劃，並成功策劃了令人難忘的兩天一夜苗栗之旅。
敏捷之道，易學難精。不管學習多久的敏捷都還會有盲點，於是在2019年我開始與CST做CSM cotraining時，就開始挑戰不同的敏捷深度影片。這些被我挑選的敏捷影片通常一指就戳中敏捷人士的盲點，常常在我完成翻譯定稿之後總是若有所悟。這是敏捷的修煉之道，修煉的同時如果還能惠及許多台灣的敏捷學習者，何樂而不為。
One day, I happened to come across a new certification on LinkedIn, shared by a CSM who mentioned how thrilled they were to have earned it. This piqued my interest, and I wanted to obtain this certification as well. I can encourage all CSMs to earn a free 2.5 SEUs or PMPs to earn a free 2.5 PDUs, while also gaining an understanding of how Agile can be applied with AI and an introduction to various AI tools. It’s truly a win-win situation.
有一天，我在 LinkedIn 上無意間發現了一張新的證照，分享者是一位 CSM，他提到自己非常開心能拿到這張證書。這引起了我的興趣，讓我也想要把這張證照拿下來，可以鼓勵所有的CSM拿下免費2.5個SEU，或PMP拿下免費2.5個PDU，並且了解敏捷如何應用AI及眾多的AI工具介紹，真是一舉兩得。
這本書對我而言，不僅僅是一本書，它是一個夢，一個對台灣敏捷生態有深遠影響的夢。在短短的五個月內，這本書就經歷了九刷，你能相信嗎？
所以我決定要將它翻譯成英文，因為我相信，世界需要看見台灣在敏捷生態上的付出與努力。對我來說，成為CST（Certified Scrum Trainer）不是終點，而是一個新的開始與使命。這是我改變世界的方式，我的第一個里程碑目標是培養100位CEO，而我知道，這個目標就快達成了。
在CEO CSM課程中，我遇到了一位曾是長宏的PMP學員、現任BenQ副總經理朱驛清。經過十年的歷練，他迅速晉升為高階主管，管理著約130人的大部門。
在那次的CEO CSM學習中，他深刻體會到公司推廣敏捷需要堅持正統的Scrum理念。正值他們公司有機會代理國際知名的敏捷軟體Asana，朱副總便計劃舉辦一場茶會，並邀請我擔任演講者。由於他認為我具有足夠的公信力和影響力，此次茶會也成功邀請到30位企業高階主管來參加。
In January of this year, I received an invitation to give a lecture at Academia Sinica. From the invitation to the actual lecture, it took five months. During this period, through the recommendation of Mr. Hsu Ming-Yi, Chairman of the Computer Association, Academia Sinica expressed their interest in understanding how agile methodology can be applied to biotech development.
Chunghwa Telecom and I go back a long way. Many of its general managers earned their PMP through Advanced Business Consulting, including current president Chao-Yang Lin and retired leaders Kuang-Yao Chang and Hsueh-Lan Wu.
中華電信與我有著深厚的淵源，許多中華電信的總經理和分公司總經理都是從長宏管理顧問公司取得PMP資格，包括現任總公司的林昭陽總經理，以及已經退休的張光耀和吳學蘭總經理。他們在獲得PMP資格後，在工作中展現了優異的表現。
會受邀到公務員人力發展中心演講敏捷，有兩個主要原因，第一個原因是有一位CEO CSM，是由成功大學的一位組長陳孟莉所推薦。他去公務人力發展中心上課，並強烈推薦主辦單位推動這類敏捷課程，因為他認為公務員不應與民間的管理思維脫鉤。
公務員人力發展機構和另一個文官學院皆是政府的培訓機關，有不同的路線。如果課程屬於必修，就會在文官學院進行；如果是選修，就在人力發展中心進行。因此，這門課程被當作實驗班來運作。
今年1月份，我接到中研院的演講邀請。從邀請到正式演講，歷時五個月。這期間，透過電腦工會理事長徐銘義先生的推薦，中研院希望了解敏捷方法如何應用於生技開發。雖然我沒有直接在生技領域運用敏捷管理專案的經驗，但有一位輝瑞大藥廠的總裁曾來上過CSM課程，並成功在短短14天內將COVID口服藥專案上架台灣。基於這個成功案例，我相信敏捷方法也能在生技領域中發揮作用，因此我大膽地接受了邀請。
The main reason for taking this cruise is that I have successfully trained 197 CEOs in the CSM program. This is my only long-term vacation of the year. I've been working non-stop throughout the year without any breaks, and this cruise has become my sole extended holiday.
On May 5th, 2023, I received my CST certification. From that day, I embarked on my first mission as a CST: to train 100 CEOs to become CSMs within a year. Starting with the first cohort on June 10th, 2023, I have reached and surpassed my goal, with 207 CEOs trained as of June 23rd this year.
去年2023年的5月5號是我拿到CST的日子，從那時起我發起了人生拿到CST的第一個志業，希望在一年內培養100位CEO成為CSM。從第一梯次2023年6月10日的CEO CSM開始，到今年6月23日，我已經達成207位的目標。

I have known Chun-Ying, Executive Vice President at Hong Sheng Construction, for 18 years. Her executive consensus camp became a chance to bring Scrum to the construction industry, and her team earned 31 CSM certificates.
宏昇營造主管共識營培訓課程，我與宏昇營造的行政副總純櫻姐相識已有18年之久。從她參加長宏第五屆高雄班的PMP培訓開始，經過了18年的歲月，我取得了CST後，她參加了我的第三梯CEO CSM課程，這讓我們萌生了讓營造業也了解敏捷的想法。
這次搭郵輪的主要原因是因為我作為CEO培育CSM的人數已經達到197位了。這是我一年中唯一的一次長期假期，我整年都在工作，沒有休息過，這次的郵輪之旅成為了我唯一的長假之旅。
I got to speak at Mr. Nanotec because its president, Hsien-Wei Lin, asked me a question in my CEO CSM class. He wanted an agile instructor to run a hands-on agile workshop at his company. When he asked if I could recommend someone, I suggested he simply invite me. His worry was that, as Taiwan's only international agile ambassador, I would be too busy. I told him that if an agile ambassador in Taiwan doesn't teach CSM and agile, what else would I teach? So we started planning and began teaching.
