I am Jessica, the deputy general manager of a Taiwanese Agile book publishing company DrMaster. I and our general manager, Simon, attended the CEO CSM course taught by Dr. Roger. He claimed that his CSM course was the highest standard globally, so I recorded my observations and feelings from the course. I was honored to mentor at RSG SEOUL, South Korea's first RSG event, sharing Taiwan's success and fostering global Agile collaboration. Hosting RSG Taipei in 2022 set a record with 888 participants. This experience deepened my reflections on Agile's future and was truly meaningful.
