RSG TAIPEI's Masters Review public-benefit series wrapped up on December 6. Four speakers revisited and extended the talks of four international masters, and we are sharing the key takeaways along with 28 visual notes.

This is the English closing report for RSG Taipei 2022. We gathered eight months of collective wisdom and experience here to share with RSGs around the world and to provide to Scrum Alliance for its records, in the hope of extending Taiwan's agile influence onto the international stage.

RSG Taipei set a world record with 888 attendees, 300 of them senior executives, linking Taiwan's agile community with the world. Organized by Dr. Roger Chou with 50 volunteers and 25 CEO advisors, the event ran on agile principles and OKRs, showing how both work in practice and spreading the agile spirit beyond IT.

RSG台北成功締造888人世界紀錄，包含300位高階主管，讓台灣敏捷與全球接軌。活動由周龍鴻博士主辦，50位志工及25位CEO顧問協力推動，運用敏捷原理及OKR方式運作，成功展示敏捷與OKR的應用，並將敏捷精神擴散至非IT產業。

At Taipei Garden, a group of CEOs set aside the formal wear, put on RSG uniforms, and became RSG Taipei promotion ambassadors. All of them flashed the Scrum 333-55 hand signal, a nod to the spirit of agile. The leaders included the chair of Taiwan Agile Tribe, the president of Pfizer Taiwan, and the general manager of SAP Taiwan, bringing fresh energy to the Taiwan agile community.

在台北花園，一群CEO齊聚一堂，卸下華服，穿上RSG制服，成為RSG TAIPEI 推廣大使，展現團隊凝聚力。他們共同展示Scrum的333-55手勢，彰顯敏捷精神。這些高階領袖包括台灣敏捷部落社長、輝瑞大藥廠總裁、SAP台灣區總經理等，為台灣敏捷社區注入新動力。
