Building Agile Leaders: A Platform for Learning and Growth Among Top CEOs Worldwide
My mission is to spread the agile trend from the IT industry to all sectors in Taiwan, and to bring together the elites from various fields here. I believe there aren’t many CEOs worldwide who have obtained the CSM certification. Even after these CEOs obtain the CSM, they might still find it challenging to promote agility within their enterprises, just like other CEOs without the certification.
Therefore, I hope to offer these CEOs a platform for learning and benchmarking against each other through the ‘Global Top 10 Elite Agile CEO Awards.
In fact, many companies have tried to promote agility starting from their IT departments. However, they often face challenges since the IT department isn’t always the mainstream in those organizations. In this context, the role of the CEO becomes even more crucial. If the CEO gets personally involved and pushes for it, the success rate will undoubtedly increase significantly. Just like the approach that I and Sister Li-Xiu took at Chang-Hong, our strategy and success rate were vastly different.
Furthermore, we need to understand that agile is no longer limited to the IT industry. Although hardware research and development take a long time, agile management can break products like televisions or cars into multiple Scrum teams and Sprints. They can conduct incremental development every month, thus achieving their goals.
What is the “Top Ten Global Agile CEOs Award”
This is a global award hosted by me, Teacher Roger, Taiwan’s first Scrum international ambassador (CST). Every year, we select the top ten most outstanding agile CEOs from around the world to commend their exceptional achievements in agile management.
What does winning this award signify? It not only acknowledges the CEO’s dedication to agile management, but it also represents a mission. We hope that they will continue to promote this philosophy, leading more companies towards success.

Additionally, this judging panel consists of 20 of the world’s top experts in the field. These luminaries include the likes of Scrum Org CEO Dave West, Taiwan’s first Scrum International Ambassador CST Dr. Chou, and President of Taiwan Agile Tribe, Chen Li-Xiu. They will select the most outstanding leaders from a pool of many candidates.
All the judges are among the best in the world and in Taiwan. Every judge is required to have a CSM certification. The panel includes university professors, the general manager of top tech company Google, and others.
