Igniting Dreams, Shaping the Future: A Book for Taking Taiwan Global – 《Successful Agile Product Development》

To me, this book is more than just a publication; it represents a dream, a vision with profound implications for Taiwan's agile ecosystem. Can you believe that within just five short months, the book has undergone nine printings? That's why I've decided to translate it into English because I believe the world needs to see the dedication and effort Taiwan has put into the agile ecosystem.

For me, becoming a CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) is not an endpoint, but rather a new beginning and a mission. It’s my way of changing the world. My first milestone is to cultivate 100 CEOs, and I know this goal is soon to be achieved.

Becoming a Natural PO: From Experience to Knowledge Transformation

The birth of this book is intended to spark interest in Scrum. Abroad, there are countless books on agility, but very few truly delve into the role of the Product Owner (PO). I am a natural-born PO, and I know deep down that this is a mission bestowed upon me by fate.

Although transforming experiences into knowledge and sharing them is no easy task, through this book, I present my journey without reservation to my readers. I hope my story can inspire others. Even if I cannot mold everyone into a master chef, I can at least teach them how to prepare tasty appetizers.

Promoting Agile in Taiwan: From Cultural Differences to Implementation Challenges

In Taiwan, many enterprises have also begun to ride the wave of agility. However, often due to cultural and mindset differences, the implementation of Scrum does not go as smoothly as anticipated, and sometimes even the effectiveness of product development is questioned. This is why I wrote this book – a text truly tailored to the needs of Taiwan’s industries, “Successful Agile Product Management: The Secrets to Creating Best-Selling Products.”

I hope this book serves not just as a manuscript, but as a guide, providing direction for Product Owners when they find themselves lost. It’s intended to light the way forward, offering clarity and guidance in times of uncertainty.

This book is now available on Books.com.tw, and you can find it in both physical and electronic formats.

Here, I must thank those unknown and outstanding translation teams behind the scenes. Without them, the birth of the Chinese version would not be possible.
