Yes. Scrum Alliance runs on trust. Before the election, pay the US$100 renewal fee and earn 20 SEUs — self-study via videos or books counts — and your certification reactivates, making you an active member who can vote. Scrum Alliance certifications never truly expire: even after 10+ years, you can revive them this way.答：可以。Scrum Alliance 採信任制。投票前繳交年費 US$100、補滿 20 SEU（看影片或看書自學即可），證照就會自動復效、成為有效會員即可投票。Scrum Alliance 的證照永不失效——即使過期超過 10 年，也能用這個方式復活。
