Dr. Roger’s 4.5th Class CEO CSM New Milestone

Hello everyone, because my mission with 100 CEOs can gradually change Taiwan’s Agile ecosystem, I’m spreading the word far and wide. Since launching the CEO CSM training in June, we have completed 4.5 Classes of training, with a total of 74 CEOs becoming CSMs. 

The Top Agile CEOs Award

   You might wonder, why 4.5 classes and not a whole number? This is because we added a special training session midway. The purpose of this special session is to prepare the trained CEOs to compete in the top ten global agile CEO awards.

A New Milestone for the CEO CSM Program

This CEO CSM course has marked a new milestone for me, as the general manager of the number 1 foreign company in Taiwan also attended. Her participation not only added great value to the course but also highlighted the widespread impact and recognition of this training. I had the honor of presenting her with the CSM certificate, a moment truly worth commemorating.

Over these five training classes, we have trained a total of 74 CEOs. Notably, the most recent training was conducted during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday in 2023. While many were enjoying the extended holiday with family and friends, 16 CEOs chose to attend the CEO CSM training. This choice undoubtedly showcases their strong will to learn and ambition, which is truly commendable. At the conclusion of the training yesterday, we took a group photo of the entire class.    Lastly, I have some exciting news to share. By November, I anticipate that Taiwan will have 100 CEOs with CSM certification. To celebrate this achievement, we’ve decided to host a celebratory banquet in Taipei in mid-December. This banquet will coincide with the CEO award ceremony. I will inform everyone about the specific date and location in due course.
